JK-S230MM Single knife tie strap and sling cutting machine (hot cut)

Short Description:

1. Suitable for cutting seat belts, 1-inch to 2-inch webbing straps, labor protection products, tarpaulins, wrapping fabric.

2. Integrated pneumatic hot-cutting blade with rapid heating performance, made from imported HV-grade steel for excellent toughness and heat resistance, achieving smooth cuts with no black edges or fraying.

3. The upper feeding wheel adopts an integrated hardened rubber wheel design, offering high temperature resistance and preventing material curling during feeding, thereby reducing length deviation and ensuring accurate feeding; length measurement uses an Omron encoder imported from Germany, and length is not measured when the wheel   is idling.

4. PLC display for optional devices installing and easy operation; powered by a servo motor, it delivers approximately 500 meters of material continuously feeding in one minute—twice as fast as a standard stepper motor.

5. Optional automatic dot marking function, with pneumatic dotting. Two sets of marking points operate simultaneously. The pen diameter can be any size from 10mm to 15mm, with various pens available. The spacing between dots can be freely adjusted within the effective range.
