JK-Q160ML Fully automatic round sleeve cutting machine (hot cut)

Short Description:

1. Suitable for cutting various specifications of round belts, hollow belts and sleeve belts.

2. Pneumatic hot-cutting  blade made of tungsten steel, producing clean, smooth cuts with no black edges or fraying.

3. The upper feed wheel is a  integrated wheel; length measurement uses an Omron encoder imported from Germany, and length is not measured when the wheel is idling.

4. PLC display for easy operation; powered by a servo motor, it delivers approximately 500 meters of material continuously feeding in one minute—twice as fast as a standard stepper motor.

5. Equipped with blowing function to cool the material, so that the material will not stick after cutting, and it is easy to tear.

6. Automatic tracking function (optional).
