Short Description:

1. Suitable for cutting tie straps, towing straps, loop straps, slings, safety ropes, and pet leashes etc,.

2. Pneumatic hot-cutting upper and lower double blades made of tungsten steel, producing clean, smooth cuts with no black edges or fraying.

3. The upper feed wheels consist of two separate wheels or a single integrated wheel (optional); length measurement uses an Omron encoder imported from Germany, and length is not measured when the wheels are idling.

4. PLC display for easy operation; powered by a servo motor, it delivers approximately 500 meters of material continuously feeding in one minute—twice as fast as a standard stepper motor.

5. An automatic point marking function is available as an option. The point marking mechanism is pneumatic, with two sets of points working simultaneously.

6.Various pens can be used with a hole diameter of 15mm to 10mm, and the distance for marking can be adjusted within the effective stroke range。
