Short Description:

1. Replace Manual Operation: This machine replaces traditional manual sleeve placket ironing with automated technology, greatly improving production efficiency and process consistency.

2. Adjustable Temperature Control System: Adjust heating plate temperature (100 to 200°C typical) and pressing time according to fabric properties such as cotton and polyester, preventing fabric burning and suitable for various materials.

3. High efficiency & Labor saving: Processes 600 sleeve plackets per hour (approx. 6 seconds per piece). Efficiency is 4 to 5 times higher than manual ironing, reducing labour requirement by 2 to 3 ironing workers. Output of one unit can support 6 automatic sleeve placket machines.
